It is the Logistics International Network that connects your freight to the global marketplace. An association of independent Freight Forwarders in key business centers, jointly working together on an exclusive basis ever since November 1994.

Each L.I.N.K. member is carefully screened and has to meet up with high standards before approved of the first years Associate membership. Members are generally privately owned well established business with a history of reliability and financial stability. Together all those private owned Freight Forwarders form an unparalleled logistics network all over the world.

Key point indicators for an individual member in the group are measured by all other partners in the area’s of Accounting, Operations, Sales activities and above all Communications.

Members have to collect a minimum of points on the above mentioned criteria, in order to allow them to stay into the organization. If not, one is invited to present a plan to the board on how to proceed into the future. During all these years this has worked out to be a great motivation and success for all partners.

Every month members sent part of their accounting figures and sales to the administrator and receive back a fully filled out form reading on all members what is happening amongst the group. Does everyone pay on time, what is the interlink sales turnover, can we improve our interlink volumes?

More and more carriers are noticing the potential of an exclusive group like L.I.N.K.is.

Small enough to aim for a certain market via the personal relatedness and flexibility in serving the customers and large enough to generate considerable size of volumes of different types.

The risk we (re) present is spread widely over many area’s and a wide range of customers around the world.

The L.I.N.K.'s annual volume is over USD50 million, aiming within the next two years to change that to 160 million.

Covering 200 cities in the world, having excellent communication results and improving global sales and buying power rapidly, L.I.N.K. certainly is an interesting concept for the near future to prospect members in many places of the world.

Hopefully soon to link onto a global status system similar for everyone. L.I.N.K. has an attractive FSP, Financial Security Program for full members to protect their financials amongst members. Fortunately only once things went wrong with a particular member, but that shows the good track record of the L.I.N.K. members all these years.
